- Small - (Heavy duty only) Men's shoe sizes 7 and under. Women's shoe sizes 9 and under. (Weight under 80 lbs.)
- Regular - Men's shoe sizes 7 and under. Women's shoe sizes 9 and under. (Weight under 175 lbs.)
- Large - Men's shoe sizes 8 and up. Women's shoe sizes 10 and up. (Weight over 175 lbs.)
- Heel cups are always sold as a PAIR.
- Made from a soft gel but supportive latex-free material.
- Up to a 1/4 inch lift depending on impact and weight.
- Best worn outside of socks.

How can I clean my Heel Cups?
- Tuli's Heel cups may be hand washed with warm water and mild soap. Air dry.
Should the heel cup move in my shoe?
- No, if the heel cup moves in your shoe, either your shoe or the heel cup is the wrong size or the shoe may not be suitable for a heel cup.
