INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Detach both outer straps so they are not connected to the pile.
- Leave these loose for now.
- Apply the brace to your lower back from behind.
- Position evenly on either side of the spine.
- With the outer layer straps unattached, close the inner layer at front of brace.
- Adjust for comfort.
- Inside layer should should be applied with low-medium compression and pressure.
- If the inside layer is applied too tightly this may damage your brace and void warranty.
- With both hands take hold of the two outer straps, clench tightly and stretch both in a forward direction towards the front of brace.
- Attach to pile over inside layer at front.
- Hook/loop fabric will hold the outer straps in the position you attached them.
- The harder you pull and apply, the more compressive the brace will be.
- This is where the power and compression is achieved ... not from the inside layer.
- Adjust for final compression and personal comfort.

- There is no time specific limit that one should wear the brace. Wear it for as long and whenever you would ike to.
