- Place knee wrap so your knee cap is protruding out of the circular cutout.
- Stretch and close the top section using hook over loop.
- Do the same for the lower section.

- Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
- Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
