- Measure around the centre of the wrist.

- Hand wash in warm water.
- Use mild detergent.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Pull support over your hand.
- Position so the thumb pokes out through the thumb hole.
- Remaining 4 fingers extend from the bigger opening (see front picture).
- Adjust for comfort.
- Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
- Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing.
