INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Measure waist circumference to determine size.
- Open hook/loop closures so the binder becomes one long strap and place binder around waist as shown.
- Binder may be positioned higher or lower than shown if you wish to support a hiatus hernia.
- Close binder at front by attaching hook and loop closures to each other.
- Ensure the binder sits neatly around your waist, without folds in the elastic.
- Re-adjust for a perfect fit.
