INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Disengage the ligament straps and slip the brace over your foot and up your leg.
- Position the brace so the silicone pad’s patella hole is over the middle of your knee cap.
- Make sure the brace is comfortable and well placed before applying the final ligament straps.
- Take hold of the 2 ligament straps and wind them under your knee cap, around the back of knee and over the top of your knee cap.
- Attach the hook and loop above the knee cap to close.
- Do not over stretch each strap as this may place unnecessary tension over the brace, causing it to fit incorrectly. Medium to mild pressure is sufficient.
- Now flex your knee to make sure the hook has gripped well and ensure the brace is comfortable.
- If at all uncomfortable, open and re-apply.
