- Open outer straps and leave unattached. Wrap brace (inside layer) around waist and fasten at front.
- Hold outer straps, clench tightly, stretch and adhere over inside layer.
- These may overlap at front of brace.
- For maximum effectiveness wrap should be tight yet comfortable.
