INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This shoulder sleeve is designed to be easily self applied and worn for long periods of time. Minimal adjustment is necessary through the day, however it will not provide a full shoulder lock effect such as one may experience using rigid athletic tape. This product provides a sense of overall compression and support over the upper arm and shoulder joint.
SHOULDER BRACE APPLICATION
- Open the strap and slip your arm into the sleeve.
- Pull up the arm and over the shoulder.
- Position the sleeve comfortably over your shoulder joint.
- Wind the strap around the back of your shoulder, over front of chest and thread through the D loop.
- Close hook over pile to lock. You are done!
- Do not apply over open wounds or if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.
- Compression to be firm, yet not too tight so as to restrict.
- Always choose the most suitable support for the specific activity and/or injury you may be experiencing.
